DiVerti Bar & Grill, located at 4 East University in Tempe AZ, announces their 1st Annual OVERSTUFFED SANDWICH CHALLENGE scheduled for Friday, January 21st 2011 at 7pm.

 "We are still looking for a few contestants to feature," says Kathryn Fry, manager of DiVerti, "so if you know anyone who wants to get in on the challenge event let us know."

Representatives of Miller Beer will be at DiVerti Bar & Grill that evening to do a MGD 64 promotion as well!   "We want as many people to come view and partake in the fun as possible!" Kathryn continued.

The event is specifically for a challenge kick off - but DiVerti Bar & Grill will continue to offer this challenge to guests at any time with a special place on their wall of fame for winners. The challenge is to eat 3 overstuffed sandwich platters (sandwich and fries) in an hour!

DiVerti is proud of their reputation as "The" overstuffed bar & grill of Tempe and those who accomplish this feat will earn a place on the DiVerti Bar & Grill wall of fame!   Contestants' picture will be framed and posted in the bar for all to see for all of Tempe to see!
